Here’s how to prepare a kit with the essentials you need to manage your period peacefully away from home.
Prepare a small kit that you can slip into your bag with :
– at least 3 menstrual pads (disposable or reusable)
– a clean change of underwear
– a pack of tissues
– a waterproof bag to store used protection
– painkillers if you wish
