Ideal for young girls (but not only), this kit contains everything you need to discover, understand and manage your period.

This kit contains :

• 2 MEDIUM ApiAfrique pads, ideal for daytime periods.
• 1 ApiAfrique MAXI pad, ideal for menstruation at night and during the day for women with a very heavy flow and even for maternity and the aftermath of childbirth.

How to use:

• Open the 2 wings of the pad at the press studs and place inside the briefs, in the middle.
  close the 2 wings with the snap under the brief
• Put on briefs
• Change regularly (every 4 hours)

They are washable and can be used around 400 times (3 years on average, depending on frequency of use).

Composition :

• one side in super-soft organic cotton velvet (Gots certified)
• one side in waterproof fabric (Oeko-tex certified)- pressure (Oeko-tex certified)

Maintenance :

1. Rinse under cold running water
2. Hand or machine wash with mild soap (no bleach)
3. Occasionally add a little vinegar or bicarbonate before rinsing
4. Dry in the sun (the velvet side can be ironed)
5. Store in a clean, dry place

Little extras :

• On each towel, under one of the wings, there’s an inspiring message for women.
• Each towel can be folded inwards and fastened with the wings for easy transport of the clean or used towel.
