Apiafrique MEDIUM washable sanitary pad is a reusable menstrual pad ideal for daytime use during menstruation. This is the “standard” menstrual pad size.

Use for :

• menstruation (medium flow)
• heavy discharge
• minor urine leakage
• to complement a menstrual cup during menstruation.

How to use:

• Open the 2 wings of the pad at the snaps and place inside the underpants, in the middle.
• Close the 2 wings with the snap under the brief
• Put on briefs
• Change regularly (every 4 hours)

The Apiafrique reusable towel is washable and can be used around 400 times (3 years on average, depending on frequency of use).

Composition :

• one side in super-soft organic cotton velour (Gots certified)
• a central absorbent pad in organic cotton (Gots certified)
• one side in waterproof fabric (Oeko-tex certified)- pressure (Oeko-tex certified)

Available in 6 colors, the wax colors and patterns are different on each towel to make your towel UNIQUE.

Equipment : If you wear them every day, plan to have between 6 and 10. If you only wear them occasionally, the kit of 3 will suffice.

Care :

1. Rinse under cold running water
2. Hand or machine wash with mild soap (no bleach)
3. Occasionally add a little vinegar or bicarbonate before rinsing
4. Dry in the sun (the velvet side can be ironed)
5. Store in a clean, dry place
