It’s an ideal little sanitary towel for :

How to use:
- Open the 2 wings of the pad at the press studs
- place in the middle of the briefs.
- close the 2 wings with the snap under the brief
- Put on briefs
- Change regularly (every 4 hours)
It can be washed and used around 400 times (3 years on average, depending on frequency of use).

Equipment : If you wear them every day, plan to have between 6 and 10, if you only wear them occasionally the kit of 3 will suffice.
Care:
- Rinse under cold running water
- Hand or machine wash with mild soap (no bleach)
- Occasionally add a little vinegar or bicarbonate before rinsing.
- Dry in the sun
- The velvet side can be ironed
